Fork Valve Upgrade Kit Suzuki DRZ400

This is a custom-made kit that is tuned to your needs. Let us know whether you want it set up for Enduro, Motard or Adventure (with allowances for extra fuel loads).

The kit comes with:

• 2 x 28mm high-flow compression valves, with shim stacks, check mechanism (shims, spring, spacer, cup washer).
• 2 x 8mm ID midvalve kit, shims stack and mecanism (shims, spring, spacer, cup washer).
  

The stock mid-valve makes these forks harsh. And the stock ID shims are hard to find. The DFX stock 8mm ID shims means they are far more common if you want to further tune the shim stacks.

The kit offers a massive improvement, high levels of plushness, better cornering, braking control, eliminating harshness and deflection.
